Windy City (GTA 5 Chicago) is a map modification developed by Dekurwinator, FV Mods, Jdmimport and Lozano.
Mod was critically acclaimed and featured on several known and less known publication websites dedicated to games and tech.

SUPPORT GTA 5 Enhanced and GTA 5 Legacy although Enhanced version replaces the original game map.

January 2026 CHANGE LOG:

-Unified mod updates into one specific update file (4 parts for filesize limits of 5Mods website).

-Separate Windy City Christmas Edition update.

December 2025 CHANGE LOG:

-Christmas Update for Windy City (Legacy) and Windy City Enhanced.
-Hotfix 2 fixing missing building collisions.
-Emissive nightlights update for better visibility at night (included only in Christmas Edition).

Windy City Complete map Experiment CHANGELOG:

-Chicago (Windy City) as a island, experimental (test) version, with undeveloped features like holistic prop detailing, building population in some areas, traffic, ped navmeshes etc.
